The Religion book series uses basically Personal Reflection, Sacred Scriptures, and Group Sharing for a process-oriented Approach to the study of the Catholic faith. Each book divided into 4 units (with 5 lessons per unit), corresponding to the 4 quarters of the school year of the Philippines basic education system. Each book opens with the basics of the Bible (the Canon of the Sacred Scripture), the Truths of the Faith (the Nicene-Constantinopolitan Creed), the principles of Moral life (the Decalogue and the Great Commandment of Love), and the Dynamics of Christian Worship (Sacraments with relevant Prayers and Songs) for easy access to the users. The lessons are suited to the Filipino culture both in substance and in form. Opening activities have been provided together with worksheets for synthesis at the end of every lesson. Key ideas have been boxed for easy recall.
